And if all that was needed was to have the final Qs "cleared" by the SEC, then it would seem there would not be a lot of work to do, given how long this has been in the works.
Correct me if I'm wrong. But any other issues should have been worked out during this long wait since the original filing... so a quick turnaround should be feasible.
