Reading around the web, SoloFire's revs were estimated around $6mil.
So, if they paid roughly $6mil in promissory notes and class B shares (ie. NO CASH OUTLAY) for a company that has roughly $6mil in revs AND some serious customers judging by the scrolling list on their website, to me, that is a heck of a deal.
