The only possible non-PR event that could spur share price appreciation is if IPIX/Brilacidin gets some major 3rd party media attention during Sept. This would be positive feedback by the Pence committee, a major radio station, some sort of statement from government officials with a national prominence, etc.

I am sure those that really know about Brilacidin will want to get some attention and recognition for being the first to bring it to the attention of the general public.

There are probably many opportunities for such as this currently, just need to see which avenue decides to strike first.
