The junk tickers usually have a run before the SEC cracks the hammer but definitely don't buy every one. Reminds me of HJOE. I was in at .0002 and out at .0017. It ran to ~.007 before SEC suspension.
It is now delisted and shares revoked by the SEC, but quite interesting, nonetheleast.
