Albert, this is what I was thinking of... a couple of lines after your quote:
"On August 14, 2019, the Company transferred 1,000,000 shares of NGIO common stock to an investor pursuant to a convertible debenture agreement."
But this and the dividend text both say "transferred", which implies they came from GNBT treasury to the recipients. It is a little odd that the 300k would be an add to the outstanding vs. a transfer from the existing 400MM like the others.
Kind of a nit, but it is curious.
