That's what I thought as well, Homer. The GNBT S-1 has to be approved, which could be affected by lawsuits (which seem to be getting cleared slowly at least as far as this matter is concerned) and the going concern. That would clear the way for the NGIO S-1 to be submitted.
If that goes thru and the stock lists, Joe would hopefully not have to ever really implement the GNBT S-1, since he would have the ability to raise cash by selling NGIO shares (and would presumably have received the cash from the initial NGIO S-1 offering).
