NexTech AR Solutions (OTCQB:NEXCF +13.8%) has acquired eCommerce software platform, Next Level Ninjas matches brands and product testers on it’s VIP Product Testers site. The platform works across multiple eCommerce platforms and services nine Amazon marketplaces.
The acquisition has a purchase price of $720k, and represents the company's sixth acquisition since 2019 and the company’s second in 2020.
