Not sure who... but that quantity has to be calculated using recent share prices for the registration fee. I believe Joe has no intention of issuing anywhere near that number of shares. He would instead wait for the SP to be up after the NGIO listing, then issue far fewer shares.

That said, if the NGIO listing goes off as planned, I’m not sure why he would need to issue ANY GNBt shares...
