I tried to research that process one day and couldn't come up with anything concrete as far as an established protocol in their decision making. It seemed like the evaluators were given significant leeway in making decisions about EUAs and whether future trials were needed. I never found any guidance on "pathways to approval." I kinda got the impression that decisions can be made quickly, especially in this environment of Covid neediness. Anybody else learn anything different?
