It does however give a snapshot on the Covid vaccine pulse of this country. The ramifications could be crucial to the health of this country, maybe the world. Adding in the recent hold on AstraZeneca trial https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-020-02594-w this could increase the American spooked factor.
My point is, I see the Malaysia deal as the linchpin to the Ii-key complete vaccine. With only 295 Covid cases per million (171 worldwide) and 4 deaths per million (167 worldwide), there is not a fervor to “warp speed” a solution. So the GNBT/NGIO solution can take the critical scientific approach and create a successful vaccine that the Malaysian people will whole heartily accept. Then the rest of the world will see and believe.
