Possible scenarios (please add to or correct me if I’m wrong)
1. Nader plans to release good data ahead of proxy vote in order to get to yes.
2. Nader hopes to slide by with a yes without the data either because unavailable or being withheld til after vote.
My question is if it were me would I not want to release data to secure a yes vote? But also if I knew the data would be good would I care so much about the vote as on good data market cap goes through the roof....thoughts?
