Uhm, yeah. Endurance has files on over 1400 wrecks.
You can possess a manifest LONG before you attempt to search for a wreck.
Real salvors can see beyond the nose on their face.
I realize this is a foreign concept to SFRX.
Endurance did a massive survey before they ever dove in the water. But they were already gathering information on 100's of wrecks by then.
