CDiddy, wouldn't you assume that the FDA and MHRA receive primary endpoint data earlier?
As you wrote, there will be no public release of data till several weeks after the 28 day mark (for patient 195). But let's say the MHRA is considering emergency approval. Couldn't they ask for such a simple result as patient mortality while waiting for full data? Presumably that would be known fairly quickly.
Patient 195 was enrolled Aug. 25th, I believe, so 28 days later would be Sept. 22, or thereabouts.
