I didn’t ask anyone to hold my beer 2 years ago.
The AUV purchase was but one link in the chain. The peel grab had to be be modified, thousands of feet of heavy duty cable (I think it was 13,000 ft) had to be purchased, and the robotics for the peel grab had to be developed. They are looking at targets 1500 meters down. You can‘t dive wrecks that deep and the peel grab was tested at 4000 meters.
We didn’t do paid promos about a peel grab modification like SFRX did with Tinkerbell 2.0, even though it’s impressive.
Now we have a deep water film project that should air Q1 2021. We are looking at a wreck off Virginia and then back on the Pulaski.
