Agreed. Stockpiling is a force multiplier.
I've just spend the past 30 minutes trying to distill (pun intended) the global mAb capacity -- knowing full-well that there is no way CytoDyn could coral every available bioreactor.
Not sure this 2018 number is relevant, but it seems to suggest worldwide bioprocessing capacity is now about 16.5 million liters.
