I believe you are, unfortunately in this case, correct once more.
I remain optimistic that the MHRA would shrug its shoulders at FDA interference and do what is right for the citizens of the U.K. I have only a superficial knowledge of the U.K. NHS, but believe that the mere existence of a functioning NHS reduces the impact of BP in regulatory affairs.
