I can see a scenario where if Trump wins and the violence continues, then he acts on the Emergency Powers act and gest the military in and puts the terrorists in Fema camps. I feel he should have already, but if he wins he may need to. But, the World Bank has to fund the world for all the Covid bonus checks and unemployment bonuses, and rebuilding the Democrayt's $hitholes they destroyed themselves. The USA and world may not not be able to get money unless they go along with global Fascism/Socialism.
