I don't see Pourhassan as trying to rewrite history with respect to Patterson. I can't remember any attempt to rewrite history.
I don't think there was ever any chance that IncellDX and Cytodyn would merge. They are two completely different companies.
Maybe CYDY should have tried to hire Patterson. But what reason does Patterson have to join CYDY? he already has 250k shares.
CYDY and Patterson converge at a scientific idea, but they have little or no operating convergence.
Probably Patterson is working less for CYDY now because Patterson offered too high of a price.
Its really no big deal.
Patterson might be a louder voice of support for CYDY because he is independent. The tweet a few days ago was very aggressive, very critical of the FDA, and could not have been offered if Patterson was a CYDY employee.
While Patterson might be a persuasive speaker on conference calls, the time for theory is past. Conference calls about theory are not worth much at this point.
