Certainly does sound like it, as it would be look horrendous to have the UK say "YES" to leronlimab while the FDA waffled. One can only imagine how the President might react. In the end, the truth of the matter is that saving lives is saving lives, no matter how we get there or what country is smart enough to say yes to what CYDY has.
