Was looking at a new Verb customer that hasn't been announced yet.

Already 1000+ downloads on the google app store in the first months so I assume 1000+ on iOS

When companies a launch and app it's usually accompanied by training, marketing, videos, FAQ

This is from their FAQ...

Q: What happened to the previous version of the app?
Why did you change it?

_____ is continuing to improve our tools and technology to
meet the needs of a global business. As such, we saw the
need to launch a new version of the app that offered more
features, stability, and provide a solution for our associates
around the world.

Their previous version, which was really their first mobile app was launched in September of last year.

Why does this matter?

Well, within a year they changed ponies

So think about this. They launch in September, do a lot of training get people using the app, etc. Let's say that takes 11 months.

How do I know?

They were still doing training in February

They were still doing training in April

They were still doing training in July

What would possess a company to switch to Verb, 11 months after the initial launch of another mobile app?

Can you imagine the internal conversations...

What do you mean we are changing vendors?

You said this 1000 line app was the best...

Change is never easy

In IT, it's called Rip and Replace

Google it

On August 5th 2020 they launched the Verb app

But wait, there is more...

Q: Do I have to buy ____ Connect?
No. ____ Connect is free to download and install.

Me like that word free

Let's see $10 x 1000+ Android users + $10 x 1000+ iOS users x 12 = Revenue and that is minimum

"approx. $1M guaranteed base value for Q2 - up 65% over Q1 - up 245% over same period last year"

Are they part of that Q2 or Q3?

But wait, there is even more...

I left out the best part:

"However, there are some advanced features that are in development
that may need payment to use."

That is called in app purchasing

You know, that thing the company said they were going to do and did

If VERB sells the app for $10 and somebody adds $10 through the in-app purchasing that is $7 in VERB's pocket if they are doing it through Apple or $10 if they are by passing it.

I don't know which way VERB is doing it, but $7 or $10 is a nice way to double revenue

But red, isn't the in app purchasing stuff only a buck or two?

I guess you missed the cost of purchasing the ability to do sampling from within the app in the LD Micro presentation?

It was $10/mo

If you list all the ways VERB can make revenue and if you knew the pricing, you know something Analysts don't yet.

But they will...
