Possibly, but the CCR5 diagnostic capability is not exclusive to Incell. Whereas the treatment is exclusive to CytoDyn I really do not see a fatal ethical conflict. Patients can come to CytoDyn from any diagnostic lab and any doc, ergo, no conflicts. That is the current non conflict status and not likely to change IMO.
BP is simply going where the medical action of the future is with his Incell diagnostic tests - CCR5. When the rest of the medical community gets around to recognizing the importance of CCR5 BP will be there and waiting
