At the risk of over simplifying the likely outcome of proposal number 1 and 2, here are my thoughts. The Board would like the shareholders to approve a reverse stock split whereby we allow the Company to give us one share for every 10 to 20 shares we currently own. (By "give" I am referring to the conversion ratio.) Then they would like us to approve an increase in the number of authorized shares from 500,000,000 to 2,500,000,000.

Now for the oversimplification. Today we are a drop in the bucket, they would like us to become a drop in a small pond and eventually we will become a drop in Lake Erie.
