Leronlimab may absolutely help even in advanced TNBC. Remember that blocking CCR5 not only reduces metastasis but reduces the ability of tumor cells to maintain the micro-environment that enables them to avoid other chemotherapies and the body's immune system.

It is quite dense, but the important section of the abstract states:
"The misexpression of CCR5 in epithelial cells, induced upon oncogenic transformation, hijacks this migratory phenotype [Regulatory T-Cells]. CCR5 reexpression augments resistance to DNA-damaging agents and is sufficient to induce cancer metastasis.
