TC, I cannot agree with you more.
I just wrote an email to Todd along the same line of thought, as I am very unhappy about the fact as well that Joe's "coming days" announcement from the CC now turns out to be at least closer to 2 weeks, even if one of these deals will be announced "signed" on Monday and because of that I am "under water" with my most recent purchase by >15% already.
I have less of a problem if he says that it may still take up to 3 weeks before the contracts can be signed and he then delivers in 2, but "coming days" to me sounds like "less than 1 week" and day 10 after the CC is now officially over. This is surly no reliable way to communicate with us shareholders.
