It's a desperate move to keep HGEN's hope for uplist alive. They are pretty much in the same timeline as us with a NASDAQ application for uplisting and with their stock dropping, and with their phase 3 number of patients being increased last month pushing out the timeline for expected results...I guess they feel like this is their only choice.
I bought a little HGEN this summer as a hedge on COVID but sold after they authorized a huge amount of new shares, more than 2.5X their current OS, and the CSO said he expected some "slippage" from their good EIND results when the phase 3 is done. I wish their shareholders well but it was too much risk for me and that's saying a lot considering how heavily I'm in CYDY.
