we finally learn they will use the same drill pad, which will save time and money. It also means they have a comfort level with the 3d results to be able to settle on a well pad location. Horizontal drilling from what i've seen is usually limited to 5 to 7 miles- so they must think they are within a reasonable distance-if i remember right its only 3.5 miles south to the west bank and ca 4 miles east to the jordan river.

In some usa jurisdictions-maybe all of them- many deadline dates have been extended a year due to the virus-so I expect Israel to do something similar-though dont know how long- as already intimated as mentioned before by acceptance of ZN's work program - no guarantees bc dont need another 1000 contracts on my life
