Corona "Long Haul Syndrome" (hereafter CLHS) is a result of continuing imbalance in immune modulator molecules... They have a lifespan that varies, some exist for weeks. Similar effects can be seen with Kawasaki and Henoch-Schönlein Purpura... As long as any element remains unbalanced, there can continue to be symptoms and potentially it can cause imbalances in otbers to reoccur (or continue).
To the extent that the symptoms and elements that are causing the issues are related to the CCR5/CCL5 axis, those treated with LL should see restoration after treatment... Whether or not there are other imbalances that remain afterwards, that could re-unbalance the system later - a "flare up" or "echo," is impossible to say at the moment. A study would be required to definitively say.
I haven't seen any studies regarding Rem/CLHS
