This transcription may not be the best since the monotone quality of the speaker. Words were not 100% clear at times. However I remember hearing it as he had a that night after the conf call to finalize the details of the deal with Malaysia. Since there is like a 12 hours difference in time, maybe his call was 9-10PM EST after the conf call. I have a feeling the lawyers are looking over every detail, as they should, and the time difference and language conversion are playing a part in the delay.
