Is below a statement or question?? Because I believe it’s incorrect . I think if the stock is 5 at the time of the end of the contract then they have the write to take double the shares .

The group that put up the 28 million has the OPTION of being paid back in stock at 10 per share. They would only take that option if stock price at the time is over 11 per share since they would get 10% interest with just being paid back in cash...
