I just tested that 50k block that GTSM has @ .031 with a small buy. It didn't budge.
That's OK with me.
They can keep us in this range as long as they have the shares to to do it.
It just means more budget shares for me.
When Doc lets loose with the MEGA PR, we will all be clicking our heels.
.027, .028, .03, .031 doesn't make that much of a difference to me.
