Unruly / impatient shareholders aside, Joe shoots himself in the foot when he misses timelines or puts out PRs or says in a CC that this will be happening or this or that and then it doesn't or someone else it to blame, etc.. from him.
If it does take a bit longer for them to get it right, fine, it takes a bit longer, but sometimes Joe himself causes the problem, not the unruly / impatient shareholder. They are unruly / impatient at times because of the message or lack of they get from the company.
