Sure... NP will leave his $1m salary position, since every BP in the world can't wait to hire him and Kelly... Oh, and Mulholland and his great convertible deals ($7.5m that get settled for an additional $20m in shares) - every company would love to have such a competent CFO.

I see no reason for a 25m shares compensation plan, of which they intent to use 9m shares for themselves immediately. If we take NP by his word, SP should be in the high twenties already today: a $500m compensation package? Hell no.
