In the CC Joe said that they are in contract negotiations with both Bintai Kinden (Malaysia) and their Chinese partners and he is confident that these contracts can be signed "in the coming days" yes.
But I guess we all know Joe good enough by now that "in the coming days" can mean "up to two weeks or so".
So RELAX, it will come in due time. I think we are already on the finish line, with just a few steps left towards that important step towards the turnaround for GNBT.
