Re: thanksmuch #683
without expressly identifying it as force majeure language the PR for the 1st time uses language common to force majeure situations where due to events beyond a companies control they are not able to perform within the time lines specified by a contract or license - expected to see such language in last 10q but did not as strong as in this PR
:"With the shutdowns by the Covid-19 virus in the United States, Europe, and Israel, all ground operations for Zion, including drilling plans, have been delayed beyond Zion’s control by the respective governments."
This has been occurring ever since the pandemic began but with second waves of infection restrictions on all our activities have occurred longer than expected-so i dont know whether zn is referring to new delays or the same problems which were already occurring re travel visa's and customs etc
but i did expect as i said earlier that we would see more force majeure language as time went on-which is logical--
ZN has good relations with Israel and Israel approved ZN's latest work plan-which to my eyes contemplated working beyond the license end -so as i said before that is tacit recognition by Israel of a force majeure situation-even though neither party were using those words
