EMOR soon to be Carie Health w/ Carie Rx is building something in my opinion that will be quite massive.
With AMBS & Todos being intertwined is only better for all three.
I imagine just like the deal between AMBS & TOMDF was modified to include 10% of LymPro the same will be true for EMOR & AMBS with MANF including. Royalties milestone payments etc...
News on LymPro as IUO should be on the horizon. 3Q possibly.
Finally, AMBS will do what it originally set out to do, become a Holding Company where it will basically have low to no overhead depending on what they do with Hempori, they will just sit and collect monies.
The stock will be found to be a true gem. They could do a Reg A too. Not really needing to anytime soon though.
And with all that cash, I imagine they will buy more distressed assets and continue to do the same, turn them around and make more money with very little out of pocket expenses.
The DD is there, it now is time for the behind the scenes get ironed out.
AMBS still has ELTO PHARMA, Hempori & their share in the now Theralink Technologies which is just getting restarted.
