2-I personally work in a non acute care hospital
3- I have heard lots of reports of difficulty with clinical trial politics both anecdotally and on various boards

I find the groundswell of information building - as Dr. Patterson stated in interview with Dr. Yo-- you just keep talking, the data and articles will speak for themselves..
maybe early retirement will be delayed a year or two is all!
