I think they are going to have a tough time getting approval for 25 million shares. Which is unfortunate that they went so high because we need to be able to attract and retain talent. But I suspect that won't pass. It's just too much.

However, I won't decide my vote until I hear them out and see what occurs over the next 30 days.
