That is the big question. I believe there is sufficient power to demonstrate statistical significance, especially after NEWS2 from CD10.
Anything is possible, but I believe the most likely outcome is a positive result at interim analysis.
What I know is:
1. Leronlimab is a molecule which will be transformative to medicine.
2. Nothing goes as quickly or smoothly as we like.
3. Betting against Cytodyn over any but the shortest of time periods is just dumb.
