Twisting the facts as usual.....
OK......let’s keep it simple for you....
A leg race, 2 people, 1 gets to the finish line in 3 minutes the other in 14 minutes but at the 14 minute mark they’re both at the finish line.
So BIG difference at 3 days but none at 14 days
SO YES THERE IS A BIG BENEFIT....and that’s a FACT!!
