It's a listing requirement for companies on the OTCQB exchange. Companies must submit an OTCQB Annual Certification confirming the accuracy of the current company profile and providing information on officers, directors and controlling shareholders.

Hopefully we see a similar filing soon, except it says "NASDAQ"
