Cytodyn and the FDA were going to meet but because of the backlog, the FDA asked, and Cytodyn agreed to, answering their questions in writing by September 4 th..NP said he didn’t see a problem meeting that timeframe because they had most of the answers already

I seem to recall that if an "in person" meeting was insisted upon, the time frame (or earliest meeting date) would not be any sooner than the Sept 4th date when a written reply would occur. This was not explicitly stated but inferred. (If someone has heard more concrete statements, I defer to their comments.
