Thanks to ClearTrust's attorney. He is Island Transfer's expert witness in the SEC shakedown.
He stated Island acted appropriately.
By contrast, the SEC's (ahem) expert witness has been retired for 22 years and admits he isn't very familiar with the responsibilities of a Transfer Agent.
Those charges are as big a joke as the claim this clown show has industry leading recovery solutions.
They can't even obtain salvage rights.
