To uplift to NASDAQ, a company needs a valuation of $45 million and 550 shareholders. I’m assuming our valuation is based on share structure and an estimated valuation based on the companies in our conglomerate. For shareholders, would there be private investors or hedge funds lined up to fill in any gap in shareholders? TIA for responses!
