I believe the statement below answers my question. It’s from the Shep Doniger interview on the eHealth Radio Network.
“We’ve been doing tremendous amount of testing overseas”, “We are already working with some international distributors, and we’ll hopefully be able to MANUFACTURE AND SHIP that product once we receive international certifications, particularly the CE mark for the EU. We hope to have that product IN THE MARKETPLACE by the end of the third quarter of this year”.
