KYcats hundreds of otc stocks trade for years without having current
filings. There's no reason for SEC to delist PHIL just for being late on
filings. The only reason to delist is IF Henry or PHIL the company has
found to do something fraudulent. No evidence of that.
Lets see how Sept goes. like I said before I knew Henry ran into a
personal emergency which delayed getting filings out by Aug 31 +
all the COVID delays added in, if we have to go to end of Sept to
get things done no big deal.
Henry's tweet tmrw will likely explain some of this.
