After reading rapidly (will read more carefully as time permits) one thing is clear:

Reducing the CTC to 0 (or <= 5 / 7.5 ml) is basically prolonging the Overall Survival as all these papers demonstrate.

This is exactly what most of Oncology drugs have and are trying to achieve.

If the measurements are confirmed we are sitting in a revolution in Cancer treatment.
