I have raised my eyebrow on HIV for sure. But honestly we don't know how much is the fda, and how much is us.
Add to it that we have a revolutionary approach to HIV, and I can understand them wanting to see as much info as possible. But I completely see the argument that they are stalling HIV. I'm just not certain of it
