The co is has been stuck in a rut for years. No one knows we exists, no ones out trying to generate sales, no marketing effort, working on the premise someone finds the web site and then has to phone it in and then ask for a price. Plenty of small co's working as well run oiled machines with limited staff and making money. The problem is no one is hungry enough and are fine with things as they are. There's a reason scientists are confined to the lab and businessmen run a company. Two different mind sets. imo
