10.1 M shares traded (~$180,000) --- Almost half the OS
3.5 M more dilution (~$62,000) --- (dilution was 34.7 % of shares traded)
OS is now 20.950,235
Are there more new buyers, or just a few folks buying? ???
Five percent of OS is 1,047,512.
Any ownership more than 1,047,512 is supposed to file SEC form 13.
