I wanted to get to get some thoughts on OWS. Is it still in play? Not much talk about it after NP said in a PA video that they did not apply for it and were not rejected. That does not mean they are not in talks with it, right? If so, I am sure that were told to make no comments about it in any fashion, correct? I wonder if a questioner in the cc will ask a pointed question on this topic. Does anyone think that we were approached as BP stated and NP said " no thanks. We are going this alone"? If so, why? OWS offers help to scaling manufacturing to meet the needs of this huge country. Sorry. I know a lot of questions but it seem like this is fading into the background and has been on my mind.
